Those are terrific sources to add to her story! I'm pretty sure that it says "most of the stunts performed by fliers..." - which is a nice hint in itself of the language shifting to find a term for this new profession - aviator/aviatrix? airman/woman? flier? I loved the poster for Decoration Day, too, with the appalling promise of marksmen shooting at the aeroplanes! (It's a page on from one of your links -she's mentioned as one of several who will be involved.)
