.. who is thrown for a loop by the news on waking this morning, from the Ukraine and from Palestine.  Sad, and so much unhappiness may be yet to come.

I don't follow the news...what happened?

An ordinary passenger jet was shot down over Ukraine; an Israeli ground invasion began in Gaza. In each case, of course, many deaths, but also in each case probably even more horrible consequences to come.
